Five Courses of Italian Wine & NZ Truffle

To celebrate truffle season, we’ll be pairing five wines from the length and breadth of Italy, covering Methode Traditionelle and reds through to a seldom-seen sweet, with five indulgent truffle-infused dishes from the artists behind Paris Butter. Think venison tartare and Mt Etna Rosso from Frank Cornelissen, a meaty main alongside Le Macchiole’s Super-Tuscan blend from Bolgheri, all threaded with fresh home-grown truffle. With space for just 36 on the evening over three sittings between 6pm and 8pm, book now.
