150g blue cheese
100ml crème fraiche
- Preheat oven to 210°C.
- Lay puff pastry on a tart pan and prick the bottom with a fork.
- Crush blue cheese over the pastry.
- In a bowl, beat together eggs, crème fraiche and milk.
- Pour mixture over blue cheese.
- Bake in oven for 30 minutes.
