Wine Focus: William Murdoch Stationhouse Syrah

The Estate Syrah received 90 points from Bob Campbell and was named as one of the Top 100 New Releases from New Zealand and Australia in the Gourmet Traveller Magazine. Raymond Chan reviewed the Estate at 18.5/20.

Tasting Note:

Moderately weighty wine with plum, cherry, spice/pepper and liquorice flavours. I particularly like the rich, silken and almost chewy texture. A well made wine from a very favourable vintage in the Gimblett Gravels.
